1. Ex-right date: February 25, 2010 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 25 & 26, 2010, sellers will not receive the right).

2. Record date: March 01, 2010

3. Meeting date: March 31, 2010

4. Meeting venue: Meeting Hall of The Etown building (364 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, HCMC)

Vietnam Securities Depository - HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for REE on February 26, 2010 and March 01 & 02, 2010
