The Company was incorporated on the basis of a State entity which later changed its name into Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Company (REE).
1993
REE was one of the first companies to be equitized in Vietnam, paving the way to enhence the Company’s competitiveness.
2002
REE M&E was established as a subsidiary of REE to grow the business stronger.
2009
REE M&E received ISO 9001:2008 Certificate.
2011
REE M&E increased charter capital to VND 150 billion.

REE M&E crossed the VND 3,000 billion mark in revenue.
