With experience in constructing complex projects and luxury hotels. In July 2022, REE M&E officially signed a contract to implement the mechanical and electrical package for the project "Imperial Da Lat " by Petrolimex Lam Dong Service and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The Imperial Da Lat project is known as an international commercial complex, tourist apartment and 5* hotel with a construction design that strictly complies with standards about quality and regulations. With mission of being a tourist attraction of Da Lat City, the Imperial Da Lat will be the ideal location to bring visitors wonderful and valuable experiences.
The project is located at 57-59 Hung Vuong Street, Ward 9, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province. This is considered a favorable location because it is close to nearby external amenities such as 4km from Da Lat night market and Xuan Huong lake, 8km from Tuyen Lam lake, 30km from Lien Khuong Airport. Built on a total land area of 11,024 m2, of which the total floor area is 40,403.1 m2.
