The project investor is Trang An Global Investment Co., Ltd., with design consultants including Morrison Architects (USA), Lee & Associates (USA), and DPA (Singapore).
Trang An Complex is a mixed-use development comprising apartment buildings, villas, townhouses, and a school block. The project includes: two high-end apartment towers, CT1 (23 floors) and CT2 (29 floors); a 14-storey mixed-use building; 11 villas; and 20 townhouses. In addition, the development features a school area with a floor space of 1,000 m² across 3 storeys, built on a land area of 3,376 m².
Under this contract, REE is responsible for the electrical and plumbing systems of the CT2 building.
The construction period for this package is 14 months, starting from July 2015. The CT2 tower has a total floor area of approximately 118,000 m², comprising 2 basement levels and 29 above-ground floors with a total of 600 high-end apartment units.
